के तपाईको कम्प्यूटरमा ईन्टरनेट कनेक्ट हुन्छ तर कुनैपनि ब्राउजर(Google chrome, Mozilla Firefox,आदि)ले ब्राउज नगर्ने समस्या छ?

कहिलेकाही कम्प्यूटरमा ईन्टरनेट कनेक्ट भएता पनि ब्राउजरले ब्राउज नगर्ने समस्या देखा पर्ने गर्छ। सो समस्या समाधान गर्नका लागि तल उल्लेखित उपाय अपनाउन सकिन्छ:
सर्वप्रथम "Command Prompt" लाई Administrator mode मा चलाउनुहोस। सो को लागि:
Windows 7 मा

"Start" मा गई "All Programs" मा जानुहोस। तल तस्वीरमा "All Programs" रातो घेराले देखाइएको छ:

त्यसपछि "Accessories" मा क्लिक गर्नुहोस। तल तस्वीरमा "Accessories" रातो घेराले देखाइएको छ:

त्यसपछि "Command Prompt" लाई राइट क्लिक गरी "Run as administrator" भन्ने विकल्पमा क्लिक गर्नुहोस। सो को तस्वीर तल उल्लेख गरिएको छ।

 

Windows 8/8.1 मा

 

"Start" मा गई राइट क्लिक गर्नुहोस र "Command Prompt(Admin)" भन्ने विकल्पमा क्लिक गर्नुहोस र लगतै "Yes" भन्ने विकल्पमा क्लिक गर्नुहोस। सो को तस्वीर तल देखाएको छ:

 

यती गरीसकेपछि तल तस्वीरमा देखाइए जस्तो बाकस खुल्छ:

• सो बाकसमा "netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt" टाइप गरी ईन्टर थिच्नुहोस।

• लगतै फेरी "netsh winsock reset" टाइप गरी ईन्टर थिच्नुहोस र आफ्नो कम्प्यूटरलाई "Restart" गर्नुहोस।
• अब तपाईको समस्या समाधान हुनेछ।
